Governance Structure
The Northwest Institute of Research, incorporated in 1975 as a 501(c)(3) organization.
The By-laws were updated in 2021 to reflect other governance changes.
NWIR’s Board of Directors meetings are held at minimum three times a year, in March, June and October of each year.
Our current organizational structure consists of management and support personnel.
